Description
- Soldering paste (or solder paste) is a non-liquid material used primarily in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) to join electronic components to a Printed Circuit Board (PCB). It is a temporary adhesive and the source of the metal alloy needed for the electrical and mechanical connection.
